The North Strand Council and the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce will host the 2011 North Strand Leadership forum The moderated Q&A session will be 4-5:30 p.m., with the reception 5:30-7 p.m. Attendees with have the opportunity to meet elected officials representing the north strand area.
